Four versions are available now ... ULV Celeron®-M 600-MHz, ULV Celeron®-M 1-GHz, LV Pentium®-M 1.4-GHz and Pentium®-M 1.8-GHz. Both ULV Celeron®-M 600-MHz and ULV Celeron®-M 1-GHz are also available in extended temperature range of –40°C…+85°C.

Core™ 2 Duo CPU module with PCI-104 expansion

X945-EX104 is the first Core™ 2 Duo CPU module that offer PCI-104 expansion. Utilising the Intel® 945GME chipset + ICH-7M chipsets, it supports Intel® Core™ 2 Duo CPUs with speed of up to 1.66-GHz. Also supports up to 2-GB DDR2 SDRAM, offers 4xUSB 2.0, 2 x RS-232 serial ports, dual 100Base-T Ethernet, GMA950 VGA controller with up to 224-MB UMA and AC-97 audio.
